Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for items that are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items
  
• Items marked as final sale

How to Return

1. Contact us at iffatoybox@gmail.com to initiate a return
2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Package items securely and ship to the provided address
4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we made an error

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• A restocking fee may apply to certain items

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. The same return conditions apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We'll provide a prepaid return label
• Full refund or replacement will be provided
