Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with Pakistan Post Office to ensure reliable delivery of your orders across Pakistan. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of confirmation.

Standard Delivery:

  • Courier Service: Pakistan Post Office
  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
  • Coverage: Nationwide delivery across Pakistan

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT are typically processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PKT or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Delivery location within Pakistan
  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships
  • You can track your package through Pakistan Post Office's tracking system
  • For tracking assistance, please contact our customer service team

Delivery Information

What to Expect:

  • Packages are delivered Monday through Saturday
  • Someone must be available to receive the package at the delivery address
  • If no one is available, Pakistan Post Office will leave a delivery notice
  • Packages may require signature confirmation upon delivery

Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
  • Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped

Geographic Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including:

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi
  • Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time

Delays and Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
  • During peak seasons (Eid, New Year), deliveries may take longer than usual
  • We will notify you of any significant delays

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos
  • For lost packages, please allow the full delivery timeframe before reporting
  • We will work with Pakistan Post Office to resolve any shipping issues promptly

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
